Slice chicken thighs into strips
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, shawarma seasoning, and tomato paste
Coat chicken strips with marinade and marinate until ready to cook
Make garlic sauce by mixing all garlic sauce ingredients together and set aside
Spray a baking tray and add marinated chicken
Oven Bake: 200°C | 20-25 minutes (Toss halfway) Then Grill/Broil on high | 3-5 minutes Till you get a golden char
Mix oil, tomato paste, salt, and chili flakes to create shawarma coating
Separate pita bread into two halves
Add garlic sauce to pita bread
Add shawarma chicken and sliced pickles to pita bread
Roll tightly
Place rolled shawarma in a pan on medium heat with shawarma coating
Baste the outside and roll until golden and crispy on all sides
