Pre-heat oven to 200c
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add the yogurt and knead until a smooth ball forms
Cover and let it sit for 5 mins
Prepare the garlic butter by mixing 5g light butter, ½ tsp minced garlic or garlic powder, mixed herbs and some salt
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, spread the garlic butter on top, and top with both cheeses
Bake for 8-10 minutes, cut into 8 slices and enjoy
