Add apples and water to a saucepan.
Cook for 10 minutes until soft.
Blend until completely smooth.
Add gelatin and strawberry puree.
Whip with a mixer for 15–20 minutes until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and doubles in size.
Pour into a parchment-lined dish.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
Cut into cubes and serve.
