Heat the oven to 350F.
Spread some softened butter on a 13x9 baking dish.
Combine all the fruit in a bowl with the rest of the filling ingredients and toss together. Let sit for 5 minutes so the fruit can macerate. Pour into the prepared pan.
For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together either with a pastry blender, a big fork or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly and the butter is the size of peas. Scatter evenly over the fruit.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the pan on that to catch any spillage. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden.
