Chimichuri Sauce
  1. Finely chop fresh parsley (150g) as the base

  2. Finely mince garlic (6-7 cloves, 25g)

  3. Combine parsley, coriander, oregano, and minced garlic in a bowl

  4. Add red chili flakes and smoked paprika

  5. Pour in olive oil (200 ml) and vinegar (50 ml)

  6. Add lemon juice (10 ml)

  7. Season with salt (8g) and black pepper (3g)

  8. Mix all ingredients well until combined

  9. Serve with steaks, chicken, fish or other dishes
