Hot Cocoa Chews
  1. Add 2 c water and gelatin to a sauce pan (not heated!), and allow to bloom for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Next add @equipfoods beef protein (use "lilsipper" at checkout to save $) and cacao powder.

  3. Move the sauce pan to your stove and heat on medium while constantly whisking.

  4. Once all lumps are gone (if lumps are still present you can quickly blend mixture in a blender), pour it into silicone mold or one large dish.

  5. Refrigerate until firm (3-ish hours) then enjoy!

  6. If pouring into one large dish, slice them into cubes.
