Easy 10-minute Protein Dessert
  1. Combine base layer ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract.

  2. Combine top layer ingredients: ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp maple syrup, ½ tsp vanilla extract.

  3. Layer the base mixture and top mixture.

  4. Add desired toppings such as shaved or crushed dark chocolate, chopped nuts, raspberries or any fruit you like, coconut, granola, or cacao nibs.

  5. Store in the fridge & enjoy!
