  1. In a bowl, mix paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and minced garlic to create the seasoning.

  2. In another bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, sugar or stevia, salt, chopped cilantro/coriander, chopped red chili, and chili flakes to make the marinade.

  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture, then pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.

  4. Cover and refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor absorption.

  5. Preheat the grill or pan over medium heat, then cook the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  6. Serve the honey lime chicken hot, garnished with extra cilantro/coriander and lime wedges if desired.
