Gather all ingredients.
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and ½ cup of the pickles in a medium bowl until smooth and combined.
Cover and chill dip at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with panko, dill, crushed potato chips, and remaining ¼ cup pickles.
Serve with potato chips.
