Caesar Salad Pasta Salad
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to packing instructions. Rinse the pasta in cold water and let cool.

  2. Make the dressing by combining all the ingredients. Don't forget to grind up the capers first! You could make in a bowl or food processor. Use water to thin it out to desired consistency. There will be extra, save for drizzling on top or bringing the pasta salad back to life after refrigerating.

  3. Combine desired amount of dressing with the pasta, lettuce, breadcrumbs and more parm & black pepper. If making ahead of time, don't add the lettuce in until right before serving to prevent soggy greens.
