  1. Step 1: Hard boil your eggs thoroughly. When done, let cool.

  2. Step 2: Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the egg in a cross shape, going slightly down the sides of the egg. Remove the yolk.

  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together the egg yolk, crab, cream cheese, salt, and paprika until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, use a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off instead.

  4. Step 4: Use the piping bag to fill each of the hard-boiled eggs with the egg yolk mixture.

  5. Step 5: Use a straw to carefully poke a hole into the bottom of each egg. Insert a green onion for the “stem.”
