Moist Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Peanut Banana Bread 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Roast peanuts in oven for 5 mins, taking care not to burn.

  3. Pulse together mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, liquid sweetener, and coconut oil in a food processor

  4. Pulse in almond flour, salt, and baking soda.

  5. Pour banana bread batter into a greased and lined loaf pan.

  6. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Check with a toothpick for readiness, to see if it comes out clean.

  7. Let gluten free chocolate chip banana chip cool for 1 hour before slicing. For the ultimate treat, drizzle with melted chocolate on top.
