Stuffed Chicken Breast With Spinach And Mozzarella
  1. Cut the breast lengthwise, but not all the way through - add your favorite spices, salt/pepper and a drop of olive oil, wipe the entire breast

  2. Put spinach on one half, and alternately tomatoes with mozzarella, then close with the second half and secure the edges with toothpicks

  3. Fry on both sides over high heat for 3 minutes, then put in a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for ~12-15 minutes

  4. Boil broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes and then bake together with the breast

  5. Boil Brussels sprouts for 3-5 minutes in boiling water, then put in cold water with ice so that it does not lose its color. Cut in half and fry in butter with your favorite spices (paprika, salt, pepper and dry garlic) ~ 5 minutes until a beautiful crust
