Sesame Fried Egg
  1. Heat up 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil with a splash of neutral oil

  2. Add 2-3 tbsp sesame seeds to the hot oil

  3. Crack eggs right on top of the sesame seeds

  4. Cook until edges are crispy

  5. Serve on toast, rice bowl, or eat as is
