Grandma’s Breakfast Casserole
  1. Butter 9x13" pan.

  2. Cover the bottom of the pan with thick slices of french bread.

  3. Brown 1 lb breakfast sausage, drain and crumble, Sprinkle over bread

  4. Add 1 cup shredded cheese over bread.

  5. Combine 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp salt, dash pepper. Beat thoroughly. Pour over cheese.

  6. Bake 350* 30-40 minutes till golden brown.

  7. May make the night before and bake for breakfast.
