Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Place 1 bag of potato chips into a large zip top bag and smash into small pieces.
Place the pretzels into a zip top bag and crush.
In a very large bowl, mix together the chips, pretzels and marshmallows. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Heat over medium-high heat until it just starts to boil. As soon as the center is bubbling, turn off burner and take off of the heat.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over the chip mixture and stir to coat evenly.
When the majority has been coated with the peanut butter mixture, toss in the M&M's. Mix until well combined.
Press into the prepared 9X13 dish. Cool completely, cut and serve.
