Butter immediately
Sandwich crisps between slices
Blend into flakes
Save 60g for dough, rest for rolling
Brown butter
Mix with cold butter, sugars & miso
Add egg, yolk & vanilla
Fold in dry ingredients
Add choc + toast flakes
Scoop into thick NYC style balls
Roll in crisp toast crumbs
Chill
Bake 190°C for 11–14 mins
Straight from the oven press extra choc + ridge crisps on top
