Season the thinly cut chicken breast with 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken breast until cooked through
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain
In a separate pan, combine 300ml fat free evaporated milk, 4 diced garlic cloves, 150ml chicken stock, and 2 tsp chicken stock powder
Add 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp black pepper, 25g parmesan cheese, 10g light butter, and 90g light cream cheese to the sauce
Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth
Add 1 tsp smoked paprika to the sauce and mix well
Combine the cooked chicken and pasta with the creamy garlic sauce
Divide into 4 portions for meal prep
