  1. Whip egg whites until foamy

  2. Add cornstarch + salt, continue whipping to stiff peaks

  3. Add vanilla + sweetener briefly

  4. Spread onto lined tray

  5. Bake 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 mins until lightly golden

  6. Turn oven off, leave door open for ~2 mins

  7. Let it cool slightly

  8. Mix filling ingredients

  9. Spread over base, roll it up
