Add mayonnaise and sour cream and combine with cheese
Add lemon zest, salt, pepper to taste, and onion powder, then mix to combine
Add artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined
Place mixture in a casserole dish
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and add bread crumbs
Over medium-high heat, toast bread crumbs until golden
Top the dip with toasted bread crumbs and remaining ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Place in a preheated 375°F oven for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and warmed through
