Spinach Artichoke Dip With Boursin Cheese
  1. Mix softened cream cheese and Boursin cheese together in a bowl

  2. Add mayonnaise and sour cream and combine with cheese

  3. Add lemon zest, salt, pepper to taste, and onion powder, then mix to combine

  4. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined

  5. Place mixture in a casserole dish

  6. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and add bread crumbs

  7. Over medium-high heat, toast bread crumbs until golden

  8. Top the dip with toasted bread crumbs and remaining ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  9. Place in a preheated 375°F oven for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and warmed through
