Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Cook bacon in your favorite fashion. Reserve fat. Crumble.
Mix the apple cider vinegar, mustard, oregano, honey, and salt and pepper until honey and salt are dissolved. Stream in the mixture of oil and bacon fat slowly to emulsify.
Crumble the Boursin into ½ tsp or smaller bits. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, nuts, and figs over salad greens. Toss with enough dressing to coat.
