Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat
Add chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper
Drain grease and add steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano
Add beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and pasta
Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and lower the heat to low
Cook covered for 10-15 minutes
Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and then top with the remaining cup of cheese. Cover with the lid until the cheese is melted
