Use a sharp knife to cut off the skin of the pineapple. Then, cut it into chunks, avoiding the core.
Use the back of a spoon to remove the skin from the ginger.
In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the pineapple chunks, ginger, and water.
Blend on high until well combined. Then, pour the mixture through a nut milk bag. Squeeze the bag over a bowl and then pour the juice into a pitcher.
If using a juicer, simply run the ingredients through the juicer.
Serve the juice immediately. Or, cover the juice and chill for a few hours before serving.
