Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Add ½ tbsp scoops onto the baking sheet to form 20-24 small chips, leaving room between them
Flatten with the back of a spoon to about ¼" thick, ensuring all are the same thickness
Bake for 22-32 minutes until outsides are deep brown and insides are golden, checking frequently after 20 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet to allow them to crisp more as they cool
