Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly butter 9" x 13" baking dish.
Place the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish and then pour the whipping cream around them.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar.
Once melted, stir in the additional 3 tbsp of heavy cream and stir until smooth. Add optional chopped pecans, cinnamon, and/or vanilla extract.
Pour this mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. The tops should be golden and most of the liquid should be soaked up. It is normal for some of the liquid to not be absorbed - just spoon it over the cinnamon rolls after you serve them.
Use the frosting provided in the cinnamon rolls to frost the cinnamon rolls.
Serve and drizzle with additional liquid from the pan. Enjoy!
