Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the silicone donut pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk maple syrup, coconut milk, and coconut oil.
Fold in flour and baking powder.
Fill the piping bag with the prepared batter and pipe it into the silicone donut pan.
Bake the donuts for 15 minutes.
Cool the donuts completely before removing them from the donut pan.
Make the frosting; melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add the coconut cream and stir until smooth and glossy.
Dip the donuts into the prepared frosting and place them onto the wire rack.
Pop the donuts into the fridge so the frosting can set. Serve.
