  1. Remove the sausage meat from the skin and cut up the bacon

  2. Cook on a pan with the ground fennel

  3. Add to the slowcooker with all ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8

  4. Toss in cooked pasta, topped with Parmesan and herbs
