Baked Chicken Wings
  1. Preheat oven to 250F.

  2. Dry chicken with a paper towel really well.

  3. Place the wings in a large bowl.

  4. Sprinkle baking powder and seasoning over the wings.

  5. Toss until all wings are evenly

  6. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  7. Place a cooling rack on top and spray with Pam or rub with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

  8. Lay the chicken wings on the rack, leaving space between the wings.

  9. Place the baking sheet in the oven.

  10. Bake for 30 min, then turn heat up to 425 for 40 min until the wings are nicely browned and crisp.
