Preheat oven to 200°C
To your melted butter, add the garlic, herbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix well until you form a paste
Spread the paste evenly onto some greaseproof paper
Cut your potatoes in half and score them in a cross-hatch pattern
Place the potatoes cut side down over the cheese paste
Bake for 20-30 minutes until your potatoes are golden
