Combine ¼ cup ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp ground nutmeg, 2 tsp ground allspice, and ½ tsp ground cloves in a bowl and whisk thoroughly until evenly blended.
Store in an airtight container (a mason jar with spice lid works great!) for up to 1 year or until the earliest expiration date of your individual spices.
