Make the dressing by placing the spring onions, ginger, garlic and celery in a food processor or powerful blender and process so it’s finely chopped like a paste. Thermomix, 5 secs, speed 7.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, sweetener, tamari and sesame oil and process again at a high speed to mix. Thermomix, 10 secs, speed 6.
Pour into an airtight jar or salad dressing bottle.
Over your favourite salad with a leafy green or cabbage base.
For up to 4 days in the fridge.
