Creamy Tomato Chicken & Bacon Gnocchi
  1. To a pan add a drizzle of olive oil, chicken, paprika & italian herbs. Fry off for around 7 mins on a medium heat.

  2. Remove the chicken from pan and set to one side.

  3. Add the bacon and onion then fry off for 5 mins.

  4. Place the gnocchi on to cook as per the packet instructions and drain off when done.

  5. Add the garlic, tomato paste, stock pot & 100ml water. Stir through and leave to cook for 5 mins.

  6. Add in the cream, pepper, fresh basil and chicken and bring to a simmer.

  7. Add in the gnocchi, stir through & serve immediately topped with some more fresh basil.
