Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook, breaking up large pieces with a spoon, until sausage is well browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add marinara sauce and Tuscan spice blend to skillet with sausage and bring to a simmer.
Add gnocchi and 1 cup water to skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook on medium-high until gnocchi is tender, stirring often and scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the skillet, 3–5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
If desired, stir 1 tablespoon butter into gnocchi. Serve topped with Parmesan. Enjoy!
