Chia Pots
  1. Blend the berries, date and milk in a Nutribullet

  2. Add in the chia seeds

  3. Stir well and leave to swell for 20-30mins

  4. Fill each pot with 200g yoghurt

  5. Layer on the chia pudding

  6. Top with cashew butter

  7. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days
