  3. Gently add the fillets to the skillet.

  4. Arrange the lemon slices throughout the skillet.

  5. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms.

  6. Flip the fish over, reduce the heat to medium, and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  7. Lightly sprinkle the halibut with lemon juice and herbs (parsley or dill work great).

  8. Serve right away.
