Rice Paper Almond Croissant
  1. Combine filling ingredients (egg, coconut sugar, cashew or almond butter, vanilla extract, and almond flour), set aside

  2. Combine pastry ingredients in a saucepan (eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil), besides the flaked almonds and rice paper

  3. Dip one rice paper in the pastry mixture, then add a tablespoon of the filling to the rice paper

  4. Assemble as per the video and top with flaked almonds

  5. Air fry for 10 minutes on 180°C

  6. Top with powdered monk fruit and enjoy while warm
