Dice onions, bell pepper, and garlic
Squeeze out water from diced vegetables
Add vegetables to lean ground chicken with coriander, seasonings, and olive oil
Mix well until color changes
Add mixture to greased sheet pan and spread out
Divide mixture into eight kebabs using finger marks and spatula
Oven Bake: 190°C | 20-25 minutes (Drain juices at halfway)
Mix garlic sauce ingredients with a splash of water to desired consistency
Assemble wraps with two chicken kebabs, salad of choice, and garlic sauce
Serve and enjoy
Storage & Heating ️ - If meal prepping, store the kebab components in separate containers, salad, sauce etc then wrap the kebabs in foil. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days - To reheat the kebabs, air-fry or place in the pan for a few minutes till hot, then assemble and enjoy!
