Mix self raising flour, baking powder, and bicarbonate soda together
Combine caster sugar, yoghurt, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, milk, and apple cider vinegar
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
Fold in grated carrots, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and ground walnuts
Divide batter into cupcake cases and bake
For frosting, beat soft butter with icing sugar until fluffy
Add cream cheese to frosting mixture and beat until smooth
Frost cooled cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
Decorate with orange food colouring, rosemary sprigs, and ground walnuts
