Easy High Protein Garlic Butter Chicken & Potatoes
  1. Dice your potatoes into cubes, give them a spray, then add these seasonings and mix well with your hands till fully coated. Bake or air fry with these settings.

  2. Dice your chicken breast into cubes, add garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, plain flour, corn flour and a splash of water. Then mix the coat. Set them on a rack, give them a light spray and bake a air fry right after those potatoes come out nice and crispy.

  3. In a medium hot pan, melt down some butter, add diced garlic, stir till fragrant, then add a splash of soy sauce. Mix and finish with some parsley.

  4. Add your crispy chicken, coat in that delicious garlic butter, then box into 4 equal servings with your crispy potatoes and enjoy.
