  1. Break some of the pretzels up and place on a lined baking sheet so there's not too many gaps

  2. Combine butter and sugar on high heat stirring continuously

  3. Once it starts to boil, leave it on a rolling boil for 6-8 minutes (or until 130-155C if using a thermometer)

  4. Pour the hot caramel over the crackers and spread evenly

  5. Place into a 180C oven for 6-8 minutes until the caramel starts to bubble

  6. Pull it out and top with the chocolate chopped

  7. Leave it to melt for 2 minutes then spread

  8. Spread some salt over the top

  9. Top with whatever you want and enjoy
