Break some of the pretzels up and place on a lined baking sheet so there's not too many gaps
Combine butter and sugar on high heat stirring continuously
Once it starts to boil, leave it on a rolling boil for 6-8 minutes (or until 130-155C if using a thermometer)
Pour the hot caramel over the crackers and spread evenly
Place into a 180C oven for 6-8 minutes until the caramel starts to bubble
Pull it out and top with the chocolate chopped
Leave it to melt for 2 minutes then spread
Spread some salt over the top
Top with whatever you want and enjoy
