Combine yeast with 1 cup flour
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the yeast and flour mixture
Mix the fermented mixture with 2 eggs and ¼ cup oil
Combine dry ingredients of 1 cup flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
Cook pancakes on griddle for 2 to 4 minutes per side
Prepare syrup by combining honey, butter, maple syrup, soy sauce, and salt
Soak pancakes in the butter syrup before serving
