Salmon Sushi Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, sushi rice, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded nori sheets, sesame seeds, and green onions over the top.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  6. Serve hot, with extra soy sauce, sriracha, or wasabi on the side if desired.
