Courtney’s Cranberry Sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. When cranberries pop, reduce heat and gently press with a spatula.

  3. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  4. Remove from heat and cool — it will thicken more as it cools.
