  1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in water until softened.

  4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the shrimp mixture onto the center of a rice paper wrapper.

  5. Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a dumpling.

  6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a thin layer of oil.

  7. Add the dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
