Start with all the liquids and sugar, dissolve sugar and yeast, then add the flour and salt. Mix together in the bowl till combined, then transfer to countertop and knead for 5-6 minutes till smooth.
Back into the bowl, cover and ferment for 1 hour or till double in size.
Deflate the dough and divide it into 14 portions, form dough balls, and rest covered for 10 minutes.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and blend, then add butter, egg white, and parsley and pulse.
Roll out your dough balls, shape in your preferred style, brush with egg wash, and drizzle with sesame and black seeds. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes till golden.
Transfer to a wire rack and enjoy.
