Grilled Lobster And King Crab
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil grates.

  2. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush seafood generously with the butter mixture.

  4. Place lobster tails, claws, and crab legs shell-side down. Grill 6–8 minutes, basting occasionally.

  5. Remove once meat is opaque and slightly charred.

  6. Transfer to platter, drizzle garlic butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
