Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil grates.
Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush seafood generously with the butter mixture.
Place lobster tails, claws, and crab legs shell-side down. Grill 6–8 minutes, basting occasionally.
Remove once meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Transfer to platter, drizzle garlic butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
