Bacon Cheddar High Protein Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a large baking sheet greased with avocado oil.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking powder and soda, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and greek yogurt.

  4. Fold the egg mixture, bacon, green onions and 1 cup of cheddar into the dry ingredients until well combined and mixture begins to thicken.

  5. Using a cookie scoop, scoop 8 balls of dough and transfer to the baking sheet. Gently press down each ball to form a biscuit and top with remaining cheddar.

  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the biscuits are baked through and lightly browned all over.

  7. Serve with butter or cottage cheese and avocado!
