Slice around 4 very ripe bananas lengthwise and cover with a small cube or two of butter and brown sugar
Roast at 180C for 15-20 minutes until bubbling
Mix the wet ingredients and mashed banana first
Add the dry ingredients and chopped chocolate
Mix to combine
Pour into a lined 8x4 aluminum dish
Bake at 180C for an hour (or 160C if using fan/convection oven)
