Finely Chopped Salad
  1. Chop EVERYTHING as finely as possible (except for the pomegranate seeds and dressing ingredients).

  2. Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, orange juice, white wine vinegar, dried mint, honey, pomegranate molasses, and sea salt flakes to make the dressing.

  4. Pour the dressing over the chopped ingredients and toss well to combine.

  5. Stir in the pomegranate seeds.

  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later. The salad is even better the next day.
