Easy Honey Mustard Chicken
  1. Put garlic cloves and a quarter onion into a food processor bowl

  2. Add a decent pinch of kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper

  3. Scrape down the food processor

  4. Add 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch pieces

  5. Pulse a few times until ground

  6. Spread a thin layer of ground chicken onto your favorite tortilla, pita or naan

  7. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

  8. Place chicken side down in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until nicely browned

  9. Toast the bottom side of the tortilla

  10. Mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and honey

  11. Spread the honey mustard mixture on the tortilla

  12. Add cheddar cheese and desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, avocado, jalapeno, onions, peppers or corn

  13. Serve immediately
